Orders can be made by online shopping cart, phone, fax or email. You may also visit any of our outlets to cash-and-carry or place orders for home deliveries.

Pricing

Prices are in Singapore currency, inclusive of 7% GST ( Goods & Services Tax ).

Payment

At our retail outlets, we accept CASH, NETS, VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS cards.

For home deliveries and online orders, you may

We ship locally only and charges as follow:

Orders can usually be delivered on the 2 days after the next working day (e.g. Friday's orders will be delivered on the following Tuesday or Wednesday), subject to stock availability.

A surcharge ($150 for beds or items requiring lifting of >30Kg, $50 for others) may be added to the above rates for urgent or specific-time deliveries, such as morning- or afternoon-only, after 6p.m. and before 9a.m on weekdays, after 3p.m. on weekends, on Sundays and public holidays, or on the immediate or next day of placing an order. Special courier rates may be quoted for very urgent delivery requirements.

Delivery rates of bulky items ( >30Kg ) will be individually quoted.

For deliveries involving climbing up/down stairs which require additional manpower, $60/additional worker will be charged for moving goods up/down one level, and $20/additional worker for each subsequent level.

Should an order be cancelled after delivery has been activated, 100% of delivery fee will still be charged.

Deliveries to high-security, restricted-access locations (e.g. Changi Airfreight Ctr, Jurong Island, Jurong Port, Mindef COMCEN, PSA Terminal, Sentosa), an administrative surcharge of $10) will be levied.

Home
Demonstration

Home demonstration of products can be conducted by our friendly delivery teams, with the following conditions:

  • Only by appointment with our sales staff
  • Limited to items that
    • Are portable
    • Are non-customized
    • Do not involve complicated operations
  • The standard delivery policies apply when the item is purchased
  • If the item is not purchased after demonstration, a fee of $30 is chargeable, which can be refunded in full if a purchase decision is made subsequently within 7 calendar days

Servicing
& Warranty

Purchased Item Under Warranty - Please click here for detailed warranty conditions.

Purchased Item Beyond Warranty - The customer will pay for all parts, transport and labour.

Loan Unit - Out of goodwill, we offer a loan unit for use (if available) while the purchased unit is under repair. However, the loan unit is not under warranty, and when it becomes faulty while in use, the customer will need to send it back to us for exchange of another loan unit (if available).

To enable quick identification of faults and parts, we strongly recommend that you send by Whatsapp pictures showing the defects in details, to 97551826.

Turnaround time - 3 days for items sent directly to our workshop at Tagore, 7 days for items sent to other Rehab Mart locations.

Rental Unit - Please refer to the terms and conditions under rental rates.

Our technical team provides repair & maintenance services at starting rates as follows:

Return of
Goods

Goods sold can only be returned strictly upon our company's discretion. A re-stocking fee of between 10-30%, plus transport fees and GST (if applicable) of the purchase price may be charged.

Defective goods are to be sent back to us for exchange within 3 days.

Refund

For refund of monies paid through NETS and credit cards, a bank & service charge of 1% & 5% respectively will be deducted.
